1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days, including order confirmation, packaging, and product inspection.

During peak demand periods or special promotions, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies within the regions we currently serve.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• United States: approximately 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: approximately 10–16 business days
• Other international locations: approximately 14–21 business days

These time estimates may be affected by carrier schedules, customs procedures, or local postal service conditions.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the system
• A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the shipment is lost

• Shipments may be handled under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their country
• Customs inspections or clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays

5. Order Changes or Cancellation

To maintain efficient processing times, order preparation begins shortly after an order is placed.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos showing:

• The item received
• The shipping packaging

After reviewing the information, we will determine an appropriate resolution, such as sending a replacement.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment once the situation has been verified.
